Irish, I had my blue nano sponge in my car trunk and I was telling my Co-worker about the detailing work I have done (he works a different shift and is kind've new) and he was floored when I Nanoed just his fender. He already purchased a sponge and buying a buffer.
I don't care what anyone say, when you see your car shining like a star you have no choice but to love it.

My wife's friend came over today with her Red Honda Civic, The rest should be obvious to you guys by now 
I did a typical wash and I Nano-skined the car cleaned the wheels blah blah. I didn't have much time with the car so i didn't get to put a wax or a sealant on the car and that kind of sucked. I did end it with a spray wax detailer deal, it was better than nothing I guess. The car was super smooth to the touch after all said and done.
I was unable to take great pictures of the car and except for some and it's honestly hard to tell how clean it is. So whatever reason some of the picture were / are saturated.
NOT CLEANED, just happened to be a clean looking picture.
DONE!
I would've really wanted to run the polisher around the car at least once but I would've have never had the time. The wheels took me much longer than I thought and one of the wheels after it was all said and done was still kind of dirty but again, I couldn't go back and do it. I did Rain-X the ALL the windows and use Optima tire gel on the tires (duh) and all the trim.
She was super happy with it and now she see all the other defects much cleaner now.
Honestly the car is another shade redder now from it first came to me. So it was worth the work.

Yea I'll say 80% of the paint still good but the rest really shows her age....scratches, door dings and peeling clear coat just give her character
Yea after the nano sponge i used this stuff called Meg swirl x ,i picked up at autozone since they didnt have sealant then used wax over that...

930 Porsche Cut and Buff
This is a 930 Porsche after repainting, I think it's a 1984. He had pits in the paint (Dust) that he wanted smoothed out and this is when I told him his car is FULL of orange peel. So he hired me to sand and polish the whole car.
This was a test panel to see how it will call go, needless to say after I finished polishing that panel he was more than happy...
I am almost finished with the car, I hoping for the end of October since I only have time to work on it on the weekends for a couple of hours.
First picture you can see how horrible the orange peel is.
I hit it with 1500 grit then 2000 then polished it with a GGC and MEg's Microfiber cutting pads with the D300 cutting compound and these are the results.

2007 Maxima Trunk Cut and Buff
This is a Half trunk shot of my 2007 Maxima getting cut and buffed to see how aggressive I would have to go to polish whole car...This is what we got..
The reason I am going to sanding it is because the scratches are so deep a regular polishing wasn't putting a dent in it.. So best case is I get rid of the orange peel and the scratches.
