Guys i want to start doing my own oil changes so my question is how many quarter does our cars take O don't want over fill or under fill

It took 4 .25 quartz the oil level is between the high and the low mark just like the manual says

Did you start the car to fill the oil filter?? After that it will take the rest of the quart.

It depends on the size of the filter you are using. While they were available, I was using a larger Mobil 1 filter, but have not seen them for almost a year.

The safest way to fill your engine with oil is to put in a volume less than you expect is needed. Start with 4 quarts. Be certain to run the engine for a few minutes to be certain that the filter is full of oil. Then check the dipstick. Add the additional that you need to bring it up to full. The distance between the low mark on the Nissan dipstick and the high mark is 1 liter (just over a quart).

You are much safer putting in a half quart less than full than putting in a half quart over full. If you overfill the oil sump in your car, the extra oil will be struck by the rotating engine shaft and this will cause the oil to foam. Oil with air bubbles in it does not lubricate properly. So don' overfill your engine with oil.

I have found that it helps when you are changing your own oil to partially fill the new oil filter before you install it. Don't completely fill it or you may lose some motor oil to spilling. But partially filling the filter will not lose any oil and will speed up the circulation of oil just after starting the engine after an oil change.

Also, don't forget to shake the container holding the new oil you are installing. Motor oil additives tend to want to settle to the bottom of the container and it is best to mix them up in the oil before emptying the container.

4.25 with filter change always works for me . without changing the filter its slightly less. it will tell you in the owners manuel and thats from nissan not some guy at the dealer.
