BRAKE light on the dash ??

Yesterday I turned on the car, and BRAKE light on the dash, came ON.
I suspect that it's e-brake switch, but I never use hand brake.
The light is still ON for today too.
What else could it be?

What fuse? The light is ON.
If fuse is blown, shouln't it be OFF?
Is there a fuse for ebrake?

pull the hand brake up, then release it all the way down. That may shut the light off. If not, check your brake lights.

are you sure you have enough brake fluid? Also when you have bulbs burned out it will some times triger the brake light to come on

Mine did that when I needed to replace the brake pads (low fluid due to worn pads). It would turn on early in the morning and off in the afternoon. Check your fluid. It's probably contracting in the cold, setting off the low fluid sensor. If it's low, you might want to check your pads before adding more so that the master cylinder doesn't overflow once you do change them.

1. Push the lever down as far as you can and wiggle it to see if it goes away.
(The switch RARELY goes out)

2. Top off your fluid.

3. Get ready to replace your alternator if it does not go away.

OK.
That was the fluid level problem. It was close to MIN. Filled close to MAX.
No problem Today.

Thank you to everyone for the help.

Fluid was low for a reason. Dont forget to check your pads and look for leaks.

I think that just was the time.
I own car for 4 years and have never added liquid.
But I'll check pads.
Thank you
