I35 HU in I30 w/CD changer?

I'd really like to have the 6CD and RDS functions that the I35's head unit offers, but I don't want to lose the 6CD changer in the trunk of my I30. Is there any way to make them work together? I'm thinking it might be possible with an '03+ I35 head unit because they have the connection for the XM/Sirius pre-wiring (and to my knowledge there is no way to add factory XM to a vehicle not prewired for it).

You'd only be able to do it with a HU pre-wired for satellite (not even positive it would work then) as the models without it definitely don't have a connection for the changer on the rear.

I couldn't tell you if it's meant for a CD changer or not, but when I took out my in dash changer in exchange for the nav, I noticed there was an unused port on the back of the unit. I think its even be the correct size for the cd changer to plug into...

Don't quote me on that though... my in dash changer is not wired for satellite radio, but it still had that extra port on the back.
