Recently purchased 2001 I30
Purchased a high mileage I30. Engine cranks over but for some reason I get spark but no fuel. . I've tested all the relays, sensors and fuses. Today I also replaced the fuel pump, she still cranks over but on ly cranks with starter spray.Took the supply line off the fuel pump powered up and nothing is pumping Any one have any ideas on what this could be. Also have power to fuel pump, fuel pmp relay and cam shaft sensor.

and crankHow is it possible that all fuses and relays are good plus I have power all the way to the fuel pump(replaced the pump and crank sensor already) but no fuel pressure.

No security light. It will run for a moment with starter spray, so I have spark.
These are some codes I pulled
P1131
PP0446
P0100( I think this is from unplugging it to troubleshoot)
P0464
P0180

This is classic NATS. NATS disables the fuel system. Haven't heard of this when NATS was not activated.
Do you hear the fuel pump "prime" when you first turn the ignition key on?
Re-check the fuses for the fuel pump by either doing a continuity check on them or swapping them out. There are 2 to check. #17, 10 amp and #29, 15 amp. They are both located in the dash fuse panel. I am saying this because you said you measured voltage at the fuel pump. With the exception of the initial 2 second prime when the key is turned on, the fuel pump will not get voltage if the ECU does not detect pulses from the crankshaft sensor. So if the engine is not running, the ECU turns off the fuel pump.

No pump doesnt prime, i've gone as far as sticking the hoses in a bucket and trying to energize the pump to see if i have any type of flow. I got good checks on power to the fuse box and continuity with the fuses.
I did have a situation where NATS was active because i pulled the ECU to examine it and didnt plug it back snug. But after i fixed that the light wasnt on anymore while cranking

This is making the fuel pump look like the bad guy. To test the fuel pump, run a 12 volt jumper wire to the pump connector (pin #1 black/yellow stripe wire). Maybe also do a ground wire pin #3 black wire) in case the ground got messed up.
