Maxus workshop?

Wondering if anyone would be interested in a "how to" display on installing Illuminas and springs? I will be happy to wait till the event to get them installed, I have never done the installation before and have read and checked pics of it but something like that I would rather someone who knew what they were doing help out with a hands on approach and there may be others interested in seeing the how to first hand. If anyones interested let me know and I will bring them along. Thanks!

Very good idea. I'd be willing to buy someone's dinner if they did mine.

you can check vqpower.com on a DIY if you want to give it a shot. gotta do it sometime right....? ask someone local to do it rather than waiting a couple months to get it installed. im sure there are a lot of maximas down in texas. ask matt(matt93se).

yeah.. problem with doing suspension is that you need an alignment afterward..
and there won't be time to do it on Saturday.

Yep, and being that hes coming from S.A. thats s good bit of miles to drive on without an alignment.

Turbo1er,
Its really not difficult at all. A bit time consuming but really easy.
Setting up a suspension exhibiton is a cool idea I guess, but I think the majority of people attending would rather devote the small amount of time their to either attending the events planned or just meeting other org members and admiring the rides.

Forgot about the alignment, sure there would be a place in Dallas for that though maybe

I figure people would like to do much more, as would I, but for the whole weekend there is plenty of time.

I should have maybe made a poll, but it looks like it will be a no go anyway so dont worry, I will have it hooked up prior to Maxus.

Unless you do it at 6am on Sat or sunday sometime, then you're going to be busy with stuff I've got planned.

I'll be glad to hold a workshop on how to clean your TB. It seems a lot of people actually need help tackling this project on this forum.
