The only reason i continue to go to them is i've got quite a few flats and they replace the tire for free if it can't be repaired. but they just built a new one with no curbs around so lets hope that takes care of the situation for now anyway

That sucks, is it going to take through Maxus for the body shop to finish? If so, is there anyone else from SA still going? Havent heard much lately. I will be at the spot either way as long as the Illuminas work out Saturday.

the shop got the bumper in yesterday so i'm going today to wire up the new cefiro's before they begin fabricating the bumper. then he has to paint, blend and bake the car. so we'll see???

Ok, just to confirm the meeting spot in Austin. Anyone from the Austin area and those driving up from SA and further South should meet at the following location.

Exit Parmer Lane from I-35.
Ultimate Electroincs is on the East Side.
Meet up time is set at 10:15am

I say we meet as far from the front of the building as we can. Close to the highway access road. See you guys there. If you need any more directions, PM me.

You basicly exit Parmer, stay on the access road, it will be the first entrance on the right, you will see the Ultimate Electronics before the entrance.

Ok, Ill admit Ive been lazy at times and busy at times. Ive been trying to get my car ready for the road to head up there. Unfortunately my new KYB strut mounts wont be in in time so Ill be riding a not so noisy ride. Anyway, I still need to find a location off of I-35 in Temple for you all to meet me up at. Im going to try to go tomorrow after work. I need to go up there anyway to look for some rollerblades at Academy up there. Austin and S.A. guys at what time do you all think youll be leaving Austin and maybe suspect to hit Temple?

Exactly, 10:30 should be the latest we leave.
So if the S.A guys leave by 8:00am, that should put them here by 9:45-10:00.

Any Austin peeps, other then Dubbya, Cheif Brody and myself speak up or we will not know to wait for you. If all three of us are at the meeting location by the time the S.A. Guys get there we should be heading out.
That should put us at Temple by no later then 11:45 (hopefully)

Alright here is the location to pick me up. It is going to be The Furniture room Store. It has a big parking lot that has an rv (custom mobile home) sales park next to it. It has huge parking and will work great for you all. Pick me up from that location. The exit is Frontage Road Exit #298. Oh, and just to let everyone know. I bought some new rims for my car. I only have 3 of them and am pissed. I was suppose to get all 4 on Tuesday and I was going to sport them but unfortunately only three rims with tires came. Currently UPS is tracing the 4th one which I am very pissed off about. They are 16's and are the same as the ones Carson had on his 1987 max. Thats right had. I bought these from him. I would sport all 3 and just have my regular OE rim tire on my car but what fun would that be. My car would look like I got a flat tire and had to replace the old one. Anyway, my car will be looking stock as usual.



Update: UPS has traced my package as being in Pennsylvannia? (Record scratches to a stop) Anyway, they give a scheduled delivery date for Tomorrow. Alright guys Im going to do some "Special ops" stuff Im going to see if I can rendevous this wheel as they are about to go deliver in the morning at around 8am. Hopefully when you all pick me up at around 11:30-11:45-12:00ish Ill have all 4 rims and tires on my car. Cross your fingers guys!

So here's an update you'll will have to count Royal_T and I out for Maxus. They have his car ready at SGP racing in Houston so we have to go pick it up and trailer the car back this weekend. My car will be out of the body shop on Monday, i'll post some pics b/c we did the cefiro conversion. Take tons of pics up in Dallas so we can see all those good looking Maxima's.

I dont know it seems Fed Ex did the job better with my Digicam this week than UPS and I have always thought UPS was better. It has been official, so far, that it is on its way here to Texas. Its going out for delivery tomorrow morning. The lady hopefully if possible stated I can call them once it has arrived at the local station in Belton, Texas. So, I will be up at night waiting for this sucker to arrive at Belton. When it does the CS lady stated that I could call them and then the CS lady can call the location to tell them that I want to pick it up while the driver is in route early in the morning. Shoot Im hoping they have some heart because of all the mishaps that has been going on. I was suppose to receive all four Tuesday. If I can pickup this rim well before ya'll come I could shoot back to my house, put it on, and roll back to Temple for you all to meet me off of I-35. Basically this rim stayed in Charlottesville, VA. then got sent to Pa. somehow but now it is on its way to Texas and should be here by early morning. Wish me luck on getting to meet the delivery man early in the morning while on his route.

Also, be careful driving. Here in Killeen there has been nothing but troopers and cops hanging on the highway waiting for someone to catch. I dont know if they are like this in Temple and further out, but just be on a good lookout while driving on the highway Austin and San Antonio guys.

Wouldnt ya know it, no wierd problems with my Max for 145k and now, the day before I head up to Maxus, my console lights stop working!

Oh well, not like I am cruising there at night, plus I have a flash light to check my speed if I need it. All the other lights are fine.

I am so pissed at UPS. I have confirmed that they have used my tracking numberfor a different package that only weighs 3.80lbs and my rim is somewhere in the US right now. Im highly pissed! So, it is really going to Allentown,PA and not coming here. Or a package is going to Allen town, PA.

Hey guys if you all are still at your houses my phone number is Qijuan pronounced (Key-Juan) 254-338-1284. I spoke with a friend from Dallas this morning, she stated that we need to be careful speeding when coming up on the fork of I-35 AND I-35 East. She said in that area and between that fork there are cops there everyday that are sitting with their radar guns ready to get someone. She just wanted to let us know FYI.
