Hotel Info

Here is the hotel info in regards to making reservations. I recommend to share rooms with someone to save money. It will be $79 per night for a room with 2 full size beds or 1 king size bed. If you want one with a kitchen it will be $89 per night. If we could pull off more than 10 rooms the price will be dropped down to $69 per night.

Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Hoffman Estates

I'd be up for that after we get back from the cruise. There is a few bars/clubs within a few miles from the hotel. But I can't stay out to late since we have a long weekend ahead of us.

Small change...I'll be coming Friday, not Thursday. And Tim needs to go to Minneapolis that weekend so he won't be able to make it.

I'll drop by the hotel tomarrow to check on how many people registered. People please list yourself as under the Maxus group so I know how many already reserved so we could get the price lower. If you haven't please do so soon.

Guys-get your reservations made ASAP. I just called and they don't have many rooms left. Tell them you're with the Maxus/Nissan group.

Thats what boggles my mind right now. WTF? In order for me to reserve these rooms, I need to guarantee that I would reserve at least 10 rooms, and with the response I got from you guys, I couldn't get a clear idea of how many rooms to get. I just checked Candlewood Suites, which is right next door, and their rates are the same as the Hampton Inn. Its $79 a night but the only available room is a 1 queen size bed. I am currently looking at near by hotels as I type this I'll keep you guys updated.

Ya that would be appreciated. If you find a nearby hotel for around the same price send me a PM and I will get a room.

Not as nice as the Hamton Inn, but this will do.
Candlewood Suites
2875 GREENSPOINT PARKWAY
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL 60195
1-847-4901686
$69 - $89

Red Roof Inn
2500 Hassell Rd
Hoffman estates, IL
60195
(847) 885-7877
$69

La Quinta Inn (Recomend if you are sharing rooms with someone and don't want to share a bed.
2280 Barrington Rd.
Hoffman Estates, IL 60195
Phone: (847) 882-3312
$82 but there are rooms with two beds available.

I highly suggest that you guys try to share rooms to reduce the costs. I know you may have to share a bed or room but hey you are saving yourselves a heck of a lot of money. Sorry about this I thought there would be plenty of room left when last time I check. I just check the Hyatt which is not to far and there is no vacant room.

Here is my number if you guys have any questions. And if I answer with all the running around that I will endure the next two days I hope I can give you the best information I could.
