Ok, I was waiting till I got a good idea of who's coming and what's going to be showing up before I settled down on a couple of ideas.

This is what I have cooked up so far:

Stock Classes:

VQ30
-Must be running a VQ30 motor (DE or DEK)
-No type of forced induction (Nitrous or Meth counts also)
-Must run pump gas
-Must maintain a full interior (Trunk does not count)
-Car has to be road legal for it's registered state (Only looking for stickers and current insurance)

VQ35
-Must be running a VQ35 Motor
-No type of forced induction (Nitrous or Meth counts also)
-Must run pump gas
-Must maintain a full interior (Trunk does not count)
-Car has to be road legal for it's registered state (Only looking for stickers and current insurance)

All Out Classes:

All Out
-Anything with 4 wheels and an engine that can go down the track
-Can only be powered by an Engine, no thrust applications may qualify.

Awards for racing:
-VQ30 Trophy
-VQ35 Trophy
-Fastest Car @ Maxus 2012
-Fastest Maxima @ Maxus 2012

I'm up for more discussion, but please realize the simplicity is based on the sign ups and people who've expressed interest, just trying to keep things competitive for anyone who shows up.
