Never written an intro on a board before. So, here goes, I guess.

I'm Westwood. 18 years old, nearly 19. Full time college student, part time machinist.

I own an 02 Maxima SE, with a 4 speed auto. This is the third car I'll have a hand in building. It will be a lot more mild than previous cars as this will be a daily driver.

Previous cars worked on were an '88 rx7 GXL which my cousin and I built for autocrossing. We've had that dorito engine taken apart and put back together so many times, but man, we love that car.

My friend owns a chrysler sebring, the year of which I don't really care about because I personally hate the car but I'm helping him swap in an SRT4 engine so that might be pretty interesting.

The 5.5 Maxima of mine was originally bought by my dad in 03. I've spent a LOT of time in that car, so when I turned 17 I bought it from him for 600 dollars. This is the first automatic transmission I've worked on, but being how old I am pretty much everything is a learning experience right now. Plans for the car include Welded front diff, new TC, Suprastick, Nitrous, and maybe some experimenting with widebody stuff as the car currently has that infamous quarter panel rust.

I'm on the my5th Facebook group as well. Looking forward to spending time here.
