New-ish member, need help

Looks like theres a place for **** to post finally. More than happy to share my knowledge, but i am at my wits end this time. So i have a 99' body, 01' full motor swap, running on a '95 comp. I picked the car up cheap with the intention of making it a DD, since it has new suspension, tranny, and motor supposedly only has about 90k. So car runs like crap, and i traced it back to the iacv. Definitely bad, but it only made the issue worse when i installed the new one. Its still running 01 injectors, 5th gen iac, crank sensor replaced, 97 computer was swapped with new iac, but problem got worse. Any ideas??????

Update: so i put the '95 ecu back in and the car runs like it did before. Took it for a short drive. Enough to warm it up and let into the throttle a bit. It hasnt done the thing where the rpm's seem to lock into 2400-2500 rpm's (very hard to drive like this), but it still will NOT idle at all. I have looked and looked. People have fixed this issue with a crank sensor, a new maf, or new iacv/ecu. Ive done all of these, and the new parts all teat out exactly right. I know people have done this swap. What am i missing??? Do i need to locate a 4th gen LIM so i can use the 259cc injectors that the ecu is programmed for? I know people have run NA set-ups with the 290cc's on a 4th gen. Should I switch to the PF IAC? Please, i need to get this car running NOW, or i will have to abandon it. Any help, advice, or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
