If you stick with NGK spark plugs which to me works the best for Nissan motors you can use there chart to find which plug you want for what ever heat range.

For they guys in the shop that run Nitrous they run 1 step colder for 50hp to 75hp shot and then look at the plugs and see if they need to run 2 stages or not for higher shot.

For my stock plug which would be the same ones you use are NGK v-power in BKR5E-11 so 1 step colder would be BKR6E-11 which is sold at almost any auto parts store and will be 1 step colder plug for you.

So get NGK BKR6E-11 for 1 step colder plugs I know autozone and advance autoparts always has those in stock.

I think it depends on location. Here in CA, Autozone and the advanced autopart stores used to carry one and step colder NGK plugs, but not any more. I ordered mine from www.courtesyparts.com
