I ran southbend with good results and now on a spec but haven't drove with the spec yet. I actually used a z31 clutch this time around just due to it laying on the shelf in the box.

is the Z31 clutch a direct fit? 240mm or 250mm? my friend at orielly could warranty my current lifetime clutch and ai could upgrade to a Z31 clutch for almost nothing out of pocket. i know the turbo clutches are good for 340lbs of torque, i dont know about the NA clutches. any help would be greatly appreciated. even tho my car is an 88, im using a 91 flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. so whatever fit yours would also fit mine.

I had a Spec stage III IN MY '89 Turbo. Absolutely perfect, no issues or complaints.

Was pretty much direct swap. I believe I had to just slightly enlarge the alignment pin. Wouldn't quite slip on my flywheel with paint etc. Did use the maxima throw out bearing.
