Where can I find the forms for the customizations this car can take?

 

In the Forms and Records department.

 

I have no idea what this/these is/are.

 

I dont think thats a real thing. Theres no forms or otherwise that will list all possible upgrades that could be done. What exactly are you looking for? To make more power? To handle better? To make the car look ‘cleaner’? You certainly can find information pertaining to all of that, but as far as “forms” go, no, that doesnt exist.

 

LOL at the replies. I'm sure he means websites in lieu of "forms". I'm guessing English is his second language.
