eh, the only thing really that you will need to integrate into a tune would be the new exhaust stuff. Those are things that people usually get before they tune. As soon as you mess with intake or exhaust pressures you will need to tune to get the most out of it.

As for injectors, modifying injector size is really more for boost applications or heavily modified and bored engines. Now i have 42lbs injectors for my corvette, they are much larger than stock and I do not have f/i but I am running a full 150 whp more than stock on my engine. The engine is completely overhauled, and I can benefit from the larger injectors. But you are nowhere close to that level of modification with what you have in your list. Your current injectors are keeping up just fine with what you have now given they are not dirty from fuel varnish deposits.

 

The only real way to check is to check your IDC, and that can easily be done with the UpRev. If you’re running >80%, it’s probably time to think about it. I had stock, then upgraded to 335’s, and now I have 440’s, though that last extreme is for different purposes.

Most 02-08’s that have I/H/E and some sort of tune, are getting pretty close. Once you upgrade your MAF, TB, and IM modification, you also might be nearing that limit.

I would suggest headers vs hi-flo cats for most power output.
