FWD - Proper way to take corners?

Gen 5.5 suck a********* to begin with.

How do you take turns the fastest? Do you brake BEFORE or DURING the TURN?

LOL... brakes??? Just ask Captain Falcon - "real men don't use brakes" :)

5.5gen turning radius sucks.

as far as driving = it all depends on the suspension setup, and what speed you're taking the corner at, as it would relate to where you need to slow your centripetal force within the turn vs. apex vs. exit acceleration.

Coilovers vs. stock suspension = a very different car

I really think that you should practice driving in a straight line as with some of your posts and discussions you're having difficulty with that. There is a line here where we can only guide you. If you still can't get it right then you need to practice more... I think your best bet would be to go to a track and attend the open lapping sessions.
http://www.torontomotorsportspark.com/ Decent track for the price. They have a open lapping track as well as a drag strip although I don't know when the strip is opening up.

Oh that looks like so much fun.

How easy do you chew through tires though

Really depends on how you are driving. I think that you should at least go a couple of times. I highly doubt that the tires would take a real beating especially as you're getting used to the track and not pushing the limits the first 2-4 laps. After that then you start to chew them up but not as much as you would think. Get a good set of track tires and you'll be set for the season-ish
