It's official - The Maxima's Back!

After a week of being in the shop, the Maxima is alive and well with a new clutch. For 2 months it sat in front of my house not running but is now my primary vehicle and is just as reliable as it should be. the clutch job ran about $550 and that included a new slave cylinder. but for this car, it sure was worth it. it needed a window, cos one of them was smashed by some kids, and a new battery and battery cables.

She has no performance mods yet, but these cars don't really need them - just stock it beats all those queer riceburner hondas and acuras I see around here that have junk 4-cylinder economy engines. But I will post pics as soon as I take some.

Sweet! Glad to hear you have your car back. If you think it's fast now, you should try riding me car! :D One thing I will point out. Don't hot rod too much until you get the clutch broken in and seated. It will probably take about 700-800 miles to break in. During that time you will notice some slipping, which is normal. If you do it right, if you take it easy, your clutch will last longer.
Either way, get some pics posted!
