The other set is a hybridized set with the reflectors from the infinity. That one has been on my car for about a month. Its light output is good, but it is too dispersed on the left headlight, and too focused to the right on the right headlight. so far I have had no grief from the cops. thanks again E-Dog, I would appreciate any help I could get with the projector install.

Has anyone here tried any of the upgrade bulbs, specifically the Sylvania Silverstar? In there advertisements, they make a lot of good-sounding claims.

sorry for the late chime in, but don't get a capacitor for your audio. you need onwards of 50 farads to do anything. upgrade the main grounds in your car, aka "the big 3" and you'll see a much better improvement.

good luck with the HID conversion

thats #3 is a little confusing, add a stock positive from the alt to the battery with a fuse in it or replace it?

There is now a delay in the xenon projector install. I first have to get a new set of headlights from the junkyard. That is because the ones I have in the car right now are allowing condensation to go in(no bulb breakage yet) , and I want to keep that setup as a backup in case problems arise. The other issue is with the bulbs. Xenon projectors allow for no bulb other than D2S to be used. It is an issue with the location of the notches on the bulb meeting up with the protrusions on the projector housing. D2R bulbs have the smaller notch on the left of the larger notch, while the D2S has it on the right which is where the projector has it. Now I just need to buy some D2S bulbs.

if they dont fit it is for a reason... its prolly because theyre too bright for the projectors which would produce more light, or....they could suck like he11 i would modd the bulbs with a small file and see what happens....

I am thinking of possibly getting D2C bulbs anyways since they can fit both D2R and D2S housings. I do think that I will try the file thing first though

UPDATE: getting closer to my modding and install of my xenon projectors. I will try and see if I can do it myself first, and if not go directly to maxgtr2000 and see if he can do them for me.
