Ignition switch problem

Having some issues right now getting the car cranked. nothing is working Windows, sunroof, door locks, lights. the ignition switch feels broken as when i turn it it feels hard to turn and sometimes doesn't click also it will stick when i turn it all the way to start. my friend said it could be a bad ground. Any help is greatly appreciated! have a great day!

do the headlights work, check battery cables and if you ignition is good use a little graphite lube should free it up a bit.
