There it is...hit from the right rear with my sh!t ending up in the back seat. Hit by a 2000? Mustang GT about the same color as mine (Silver Frost Metallic). It's ONLY $3800 worth of damage...which when you look at it, really isn't thaaat bad. There's another one below.

Sonething's in the trunk there...I don't remember what it is, i think it's the plastic tubing left over from my stereo if I recall correctly...

It's gone now....you see why it's totaled?

You were driving it? and nothing happened to you? Damn, thats crazy sh-t, when you said it, i didn't think your car was turned into a hybrid hatchback or something. These are always painful to see, especially after seeing pics of the car when it was in modded and in good shape.
I can't believe it was just 4000$ damage, looks like you have to replace a ****load of parts there.

Thanks guys...Between the 4g's for the car and the mods that i got back (the ones that i put the old OEM parts back on) I think that i came out even...There is a lawsuit, but my parents are handling it, so I'm not very up-to-date with it all...the court date is sometime next month.

whats the lawsuit over? btw that looks terrible!! is that all from the acident, or did they rip it apart more from trnasporting and stuff, cause if that was all accident then dayyyyum, how fast was the guy going???

ouch.... that's gotta hurt. Those pics look very familier.. it almost hurts to look at them. lol I guess light blue maxima's like getting totaled (Geoff's Light Blue 89 SE was also totaled recently).. We should start a club. haha j/k

hehe...mine's silver frost metallic nevin, crappy pict i guess...State Farm e-mailed them to me because I requested them though.

They guy (2000+ mustang) a kid that goes to my school hit mt going at least 40+mph and i was sitting at a stoplight. I guess he was looking another way because his airbags probably saved his life. If i didn't have my seatbelt on and my hand on the steering wheel, my head would be through the windshield.

The lawsuit is about the Kid paying NO attention at all to me and trying to get out of this all, etc. MY PARENTS decided to take matters into their own hands and got themselves a lawyer (this guy's cool too..) because they were soooo pissed at him and his parents. His parents didn't give a **** about me or my car or my current condition at the time. Anyways, my parents are "sueing" them for my "pain and suffering" for (what I've heard from them) approximately $25,000. But after lawyers fees, I'd get about 12-15K, but who's complaining? Physically, after the accident, the next few days my neck was sore, so I had gone to the doctor and he sadi i was fine. You could say I walked away from it.

What does piss me off (as it probably does you) is that i only got $4000 for my ****ted maxima. The only condition that I would get my mods back was if I had the OEM parts to put back with the car. I got the stereo stuff, rims/tires, UR Pulley (a ***** to take back off), NGK Wires, and a lot of other little things. So as i see it, between all of that, and IF my parents win the lawsuit, then I'll come out ahead and I"ve already got a TTZ, which I'll finally have paid off in April ($3200 left !! Woohoo!!) So I"m happy! That's why I really don't have much to compain about, you see?

damnit... you mean all this time I thought your max was light blue and it wasn't?? This is the 2nd time I've made that assumption (1st time was with Matt K.'s 89 SE 5-spd, which I'm sure Sarah91SE remembers =). Well fine then, You can't be in MY CLUB! Only light blue maximas allowed!! hahahaha
