Emergency Break and ECU

Im going to be tightening my Hand Brake soon and I dont have a FSM and I was wondering where under the car you tighten the hand brake also Im goin to be checkin the ecu for anything with the dealership computers. How do I access the ECU to get the computer hooked up to it. Is it easy?

you don't have to get under the car to adjust the handbrake..all I know is you remove the center console and adjust the nut accordingly.

and if you are using "the dealer ship computers", with Consult you don't hook it up to the ECU, you connect to the "Consult port" under the driver side dash
