I'm ordering some sprint springs for my ride to accomodate my Alba Mercury 16 x 7.5. What z rated tire size and brand do you guys recommend? What tire size are you guys running on what size rims?

I would say to throw some dunlop sport 8000's on there 215/50/zr16

215 isn't wide enough for a 7.5" rim...try 235 or 225....
