My 90 VG Idle's @ low rpm when engine is cold

my 90 VG Idle's @ low rpm{600-750} when I first start my car in the moring, when engine is cold. when it warm and in park it idles @ 1100 rpm. any clues?

my car does the same, i think its because the fluids, oils, etc, havnt warmed up to operating temp., hence why people start their cars in the morning and let them 'warm up'

should still be at a high idle which is around 2000 rpm or so. maybe the iacv needs cleaned :gotme:

any other ideas?
