Where's the ECU?
 

My 92 GXE sohc 78k runs fine when cold .

When it reaches operating temperatue idle drops to normal 700

and is smooth, but with mellow accelaration engine is stumbling and weak.

Accelerates fine when cold.

Read as many threads as i could find and want to check the error codes.

Which is the ECU? Or am I not even close?

the ecu is the bottom one in that pic, the upper one controls the auto tranny

What he said.. the disgnostic mode screw is on the other side though.

heh.. tell me about it.
I took the ECU out the hard way this weekend........ by removing the ENTIRE interior.. yuck.

That must have taken some patience matt. I installed my JWT ecu i guess u could say redneck style, just sat it right on top of the stock ecu and plugged it up haha. or im just lazy lol. :gapteeth:
