I'm getting code 51 and 32 at the same time

I checked my injectors and each one is between 12 and 13 ohms. My EGR valve is not sticking and their is vacuum to it. What else should I check?

clean out the egr valve dirt might be getting caught in it and the ecu logs it as an error i had it and then i cleaned mine out and never had the prob again

the car is misfiring really bad, not to mention the lack of power.
How do you clean an EGR valve?

has anyone fu@#ed with your spark plug wires? hows your timing belt has it been changed in the last 60-100k miles?

I've had the car for about four years and only put about 30k on it. I don't know when or if the belt has been changed. The car has ~132K right now.
