Excited about my new max

So I havent gotten around to postin till now, but i bought a 92 max se with the ve engine off a fellow maxima member who gave me a great deal and knew alot about the car, real nice guy. Its black with an aftermarket sunroof installed, pirelli tires (spelling) a nice kenwood deck, and i am just in love with the car, it truly is a 4dsc haha. The interior is spotless, the engine is spotless and the exterior is in great shape except for some peeling on the front bumper. Just thought i'd share with my fellow maxima members, been a while since ive been able to say that (rip 88 max) Thanks guys, good to be back

How is that aftermarket sunroof? Electronic or manual? Since mine doesn't have one, I always toyed with the idea of having one put in, but I was curious about how good an aftermarket sunrof could be.

Seeing as it's an SE, shouldn't it already have a factory moonroof??

my ve se doesn't have a sunroof how much you think it would cost for a good installation of one similar to the one i should have! I want an electric one that opens like a moonroof, or can slide all the way back..and has that slide cover so you can have light in but window closed.

My 93 SE also does not have a factory moonroof in it. The other options mine does not have are the factory Bose CD HU, electrically-adjustable seats, passcode door security, and I think that's it.

I would talk to a place that installs windows and sunroofs or possibly even a body shop. Try to find a place that will work with you on what you want to do.

Then, I would try to see if you can scrounge all of the parts and the glass from a car at the junkyard. I am thinking it would be much easier to basically install a "factory" electric one than to try and find something aftermarket that would work.

hey guys, $1200 for an aftermarket sunroof that tilts, slides open and close with one touch, has the slide cover on the insdide, and closes auotmatically if you shut your car off.

i dont like the last option.... sometimes you go to the beach or something and want to leave it open for breeze or to keep the car from getting baked while you are away...?

Might just be me...
