Harsh Shifting please help

Hello,
I have a 90 SE automatic. I've been driving it for the past two weeks, and every gear shifts hard! It would hold @ high rpms and the kick in the next gear hard. It's not a smooth shift like my 91 SE. If you could help, I'd appreciate it!

My '91 had a hard 1-2 shift. I changed all the tranny fluid (nit just drain and refill but pumped it all out) and the hard shift was gone.
