How much could I get for my 3rd gen?

Currently I have owned my 3rd gen for about 18 months now. I bought it running rough and have replaced just about everything. The car has been in no accidents and there is no major dents of any kind. Its a 91 SE 5spd with 161k currently on the clock.
It has the following installed/replaced:
fuel injectors
cat converter
y-pipe
muffler
radiator hoses
new Yokohama tires
front struts
ball joints
Exedy stage 1 clutch
resurfaced flywheel
rear main seal
sensors: O2, water temp

'94 tails and center piece & front grill (as if that matters on price)

The only thing that does not work is the sunroof retracting into the roof. Reason why I am asking is because this car is really slow to me, 0-60 in 8.9 seconds. I want a VE or 4th gen.

realistically dont expect to get more than 2k out of a 91 with that many miles on it. Sure the mods and things you have done to it are nice but most will not care about that stuff.

I say 2-2.5K max.

You realisticly won't get any more than any other 91se with 161k. Maybe more if someone here bought it.

Something is wrong with your VG. I ran 7.6sec to 60mph with my automatic stock.

edit: I would say you can sell it for a good $2,000, or at least in that range.

If you don't know squat, then keep quiet. Clearly you don't seem to know enough about my Maxima. I could care less about those bullsh!t 0-60 times you showed me, because they seem to always change in different magazines and websites. I once seen someone post a VE does 60 in an "exhilirating" 9 seconds on a car review site. I don't pay attention to those numbers, I timed myself many times. So I know what my car was capable of, and I don't think you can tell me what I did or didn't do because you weren't there. Now stop irratating me you annoying admin. You never have anything nice to say, do you?

Not really. I think your time is incorrect by about 2 seconds. Your method is far from being accurate.

Cool.. Thats why my friends 01' BMW 325i does 7.1sec in the magz, and that number actually appears on the stop watch once he hits 60? I still did 7.6 seconds wether you like it or not. Oh, and one more thing.. I actually beat cars that the records show do 7.6 seconds in the 60mph run, so please.. Stop the nonsense.

Please go to a track and get a verified time. You won't be beating anything with a stock Vg automatic. At anytime, you are welcome to re-enter the real world.

"won't be beating anything with a stock Vg automatic" Again.. And you would know this because you are me, and you drive my car.

You really get off on this ****, don't you? I can see now why you have over 20 thousand posts. Talk about post whoring slash being a low life. I think YOU need to re-enter the real world. Anyway...

Getting back to the car, too late, the car is messed up from all the problems it had. I set those times when I just got it at 84,000 miles over 2 years ago.. Now it's 117,000 and running like **** no matter what I fix on it. If I ever do get it running properly again, and do get a track slip, I'll be sure to let you know. Now stop b!tching before I wish VTC failure on your poor VE.

No. Because you would be THE fasted auto VG on this board. And faster than alot of auto VEs. Now you really think that's realistics when you are bone stock????

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Auto VE's are actually not that slow.

If I see , I'll call it. Sorry to correct your unrealistic times.

To you everything is BS. You are BS yourself. Carefully go look at the stuff you have been posting in past times, and tell me if BS is there or not.

You really look like you need to have your VTC's fail on you. Your simply asking for it.

I don't know what fast is to you, but Auto VE's are fast to me compared to the other sh!tty cars out there. About 7.1 seconds to 60mph, depending on the condition of the car is about accurate.

BTW, whats the top speed of the VE? It says 145, but the same people who wrote those 0-60 times you posted say it has a top speed of 138. Tell me from personal experience, since you know so much about "Maximas"

I asked for a 1/4 time. I know more about VEs then you will ever know about your VG.

You mean you think the VE has a top speed of 145 because that's what it says on the speedometer???

1/4? Where is this topic anywhere relevant to our conversation? Last time I checked we were discussing 0-60 mph times.

Ever? Aren't we getting a bit cocky Jeffry? Actually, your full of **** as I always told you. Remember my dads Supra? You clearly did not know wtf you were saying when you were telling me it didn't have 800 hp.

I think it does 145? No, I don't believe I said that. Please answer my question, and stop pretending you shut me up with those retarded smiley faces.

Few things...

1. Gtech = shiet
2. Bimmer stop watch = shiet
3. Anything but a slip = shiet

I've been 138mph in a VG 5spd (coming back from Jeffs house with my transmission in the trunk mind you)

I have a video of a VE 5spd doing over 145mph

Bet money on what? Unless you have discovered how to travel through time, I doubt you will ever see my car do 7.6 seconds again, unless I mod. Again, you'll just have to take my word for it.

ok, since your dad has a 800hp supara, he should have enough money to own a video camera. Do this, take the camera and a stop watch and film the speedo. I'll even grant you a 'buffer'. Now get going, you have alot of work ahead of you.

if you read the article, it clearly says they dont want to test going any faster due to the fact that the stock tires are H rated.

H = 130mph max safe speed
