Brembro blanks and increased performance...

Ok, correct me if I'm wronghere but

A. Stock Rotors tend to be of a "soft" steel, not good for harsh performance pads.

B. Brembro blanks are tougher.

C. Upgrading to the Brembro's I could use a more agressive pad ie better braking performance.

 Right????

if you notice a difference, i think it'll be all mental

Matt should chime in about this subject. Many have seen nice improvements with Brembo blanks and Metal Master pads.

OEM quality rotors are fine, its the $10 Autozone specials that might get eaten up by performance pads. Blembo blanks are a good value for the money, might as well go with them. My $0.02.

Brembo rotors are usually made of a significantly higher quality metal than the OE rotors. all are said to be cast iron, but I highly doubt that based on the stuff I've seen over the years. nonetheless, the brembos are much better than the stockers. Axxis MM and Brembo blanks are a pretty good combination on our cars. for street driving, they're hard to beat on a price vs. performance standpoint.
