At startup, I'm hearing the VTC's tick momentarily for 1-2 seconds, then stop, then after about 2 seconds they tick for 1 second or so and then completely stop. She mentioned that there was a slight ticking at a stop light.

I went step by step on the rewire except for accidentally forgetting to turn off the ignition after a voltage check. Maybe I should check things again and assure the ground is working.

Also, I'm almost positive it's not the valve because it's that same VTC tick. Has anyone hear ever grounded both sides?
