Well it's parked now.

My little axel problem/ bearing. has went some a slight woosh woosh sound to a real grind. I think finally chewed up the bearing. So now it's parked until I can come up with money for internetautomart.

Anyway, is it possible to remove the passenger axel without messing up my preceous alignment?

SI, so long as you dont have camber adjustment bolts in the front. pop the outer tie rod from the knuckle, take the knuckle off the car and have a new bearing pressed in

I do have camber bolts..... Blahhh. It took me 3 aligments to get it right. Oh well, here's goes number 4. Is it really neccesary to have the bearing pressed in?

Yes, it is neccesary to press the old bearing out and press a new one in...

nah, just pull it out with a steering wheel puller and then tap it back in with a sledge hammer....................................:wall:

you may want to mark the bolts location then so that when you take them off you can put them back in the same place. if you dont change the strut or actual knuckle then the alignment is a-ok.

you can send me the 65 bucks for an alignment via paypal.

I only ask becuase I've changed them on ther cars without a press. By hammering the old one out. Then tapped the outer bearing on the old on top of the new to get it in. What does it cost to get it pressed?
