Anyone have a picture of

their interior with the dash off, preferably the passenger side area/firewall? I believe I saw one long long ago somewhere. Thanks!

Either a CD changer, or an airbag for the dreaded "passenger eject device".:flame: :rotz:

where the nos bottle to power it?

nubiannupe 02-07-2007 12:47 PM

Matt don't need no "Nazz" - He's got enuff hot air to power three of those thingies!:jester:

bvtran 02-07-2007 06:59 PM

I don't think it's air bag module cuz they had special nuts and bolts for it, very ugly torx shapes. And they had yellow stickers and wires all over it.

This thing appears to be on the passenger side. I don't remember what it was but it could be for keyless entry.

He was saying that the box in there is not stock, which is correct. 3rd gens got airbags standard in 93/94.

If you look closely at the pic, you can see it says PIONEER across the box so yeah, pretty sure it's a cd changer.

On my 90 GXE (no airbags, the ugly crescent-moon steering wheel) there's some kind of hard drive mounted under the passenger seat. I think it's the thing that stores different ECU signal information over the last fifty starter motor usages.

Jon94SE 02-20-2007 10:02 PM

This hard drive is actually used to track wepons of mass destruction that might be located locally in your area. Use it wisely. :squint:

Alex_V 02-20-2007 10:08 PM

Ah ha yours is defective. Mine fries and tracks them!
