How did they do what?
vinyl stick-on crap over the lights, or the wing?

wing just bolts on. paint it factory color and you're done.

I'm really looking for real euro tail light for the max.
I know there arn't any for our car. So where would you go to get ones made????

James92SE Oct 19, 2000 02:32 PM

i'd also be interested in the eurolights.

FitzMax Oct 19, 2000 03:03 PM

Euro lights would kickass, probably expensive for a custom job though, but they would look good on our car. I am intersted too to find out how much.

Chris91SE Oct 19, 2000 04:11 PM

I know where to get euro tail lights.....no teasing! It may had been a misprint, but I saw them in a receant mag. issue. Though, fine print said not street legal. Are these euro's? I didn't call to find out, priced at around $200 if I recall. I'll find out tommorrow the book and issue.

ryan Oct 20, 2000 11:11 AM

Yea I saw the vents on that car also, I am probably going to do that to mine or something similar those are from a BMW right??

Yea if any one can find out about euro tail's custom or not
any info would be great...

I have more pictures of that car if anyone wants to look at them. Also, the tail lights are painted... they did not use vinyl. About Euro tails, if anyone is interested then call up a company and demand them to make Euro tails. It doesn't help just sitting here and complaining about it.

Euro Tails for 3rd Gen

I am totally down with that if everyone else is. I am not sure which company to contact though. I know APC makes some good stuff but how many people would be SERIOUSLY interested about doing this. We should really try to get this going. Everyone that would be down with this deal put in your two cents about who we should call and how many people we can get together for this deal. Lets do it.

APC sucks!!!! Those euro tail lights melt when you brake for a long period of time!

my clear corners are apc and they suck. they're falling apart. but we should still try to get some made from any company that will do it. even if apc is the only company that would make them i'd still probably get them.

Are you guys talking about IS300 lights? Why do you call them "Euro" lights? I see *no* Euro influence in the lights. Lexus/Toyota is a Asian company right? Anyways, if you want to get IS lights, get an IS. Don't be a poser..

SkyMax Oct 22, 2000 01:33 PM

The reason we call them Euro tail lights is because that is what other companies call them. If we called them Altezza tail lights then they should LOOK like Altezza lights... Only Neon's, Accords, and a select few other cars have tails that appear to look like Altezza lights. I know what your saying though... it's stupid companies call them Euro tails cuz they have nothing to do with European style. Euro tail lights are slightly different than Altezza tails because they have multiple red reflectors unlike Altezza's single red reflector... kinda confusing.. but that's how it works.
