fan speed.....on or off? what's wrong
 

sorry no techy here....

Have a 94 Max GXE....when I turn the air/heat on....fan speed is either at max (no pun intended) or off...........there is no in-between.......what's the cause?

blower resistor..shouldn't cost too much.

Dan is correct, creamy is wrong

blower resistor or if you have auto climate control it's called fan control amplifier
Either way it's right behind the glove box. Check my how-to for auto climate control for pictures.

Blower resistor for sure. I bought one from eBay for 30 bucks. Worked great.
