car wont start

i gotta 94 max, gxe, stock , after an oil change, i spilled oil
now, after that, i went to start the car, without paying attention the oil going down the engine on the back, car started fine, then died 2 seconds, it turns out the fuel filter fuse blew, so i changed the fuse, started it again, it started then died, could it be a shortage in the wires cause the oil got in there? if so i how do i get it out? or is there a proble with the fuel filter?
but why does it keep blowing the fuses, and i cant get the god damn oil filter off!!

otherthen that, the brakes make to much squeeking noise, and car shakes at 75, if i press the brakes at 55+ mph car shakes and makes to much noise, whats the best spark plugs should i use for it, and what kind of wires for a tune up?

btw i blew the doors of a 2001 lexus wit my stock max ;)
