With the use of a t-bolt style clamp it should hold sufficient pressure. But if it is necessary in the future we can revise the product for those who need this for Forced Induction applications.
|
very nice i might be interested after New Years to buy.
|
:) Your green gxe still looks great man! Props.
Who else is interested?? Need to get the group buy moving, otherwise...it may be doubtful that we'll be sponsoring. We've worked on lowering the price as much as possible so that you guys can see our quality of products up front. We don't cut corners, we are true to our designs and won't settle for second best. Cheers, Brian |

B- would it work on a pathy?
I think it may. Haven't looked too closely at the MAFs, but should be similar for all VG30E, VG30DE, VE30DE, VQ30DE motors. For the Nissan trucks/suvs it'd likely work on the VG30i, VG30E and VG33E motors. Would need to check on it to be 100% sure. |

We are finishing up the sponsorship tomorrow. I think that we may be able to further discount these pieces, mainly for you guys to see our workmanship and help spread the word!
I am not new to this community, but our products are. Will keep you posted! -Brian |

is this seriously just a maf adapter for 40 bux? my whole custom cai with maf adapter and cone was less than that, why so much? whats so special, does it give me more hp or what

The other important thing to remember is that not all filters are created equal. Small micron and submicron particles can get through MOST commercially available filters, which will jeopardize the longevity and ultimate performance of your motor. Please consider the Absolute Efficiency Filters from AMSOIL as a replacement which features a nano-fiber technology trapping micron level particles which would ordinarily pass through traditional filters. |

We were appalled by the low quality and lack of durability of the current MAF adapter selections. We redesigned this adapter with smoother transitions and optimized to fit VG, VE, and VQ MAF Sensor Housings.

If someone is interested in purchasing a MAF Flange + Ea Filter and taking pictures of the installation we'll throw in a Free HTP T-shirt and HTP Decals.

Would like to get someone in the New England area if possible to test this out for fitment, and we'd like to get measurements to make a more permanent solution with a mounting bracket to the chassis.

It looks great and this is definitely a sturdy piece. WAY better than the adapter I got from EBay which flaked on the corners so I couldn't screw it to the MAF anymore. As for the filter, I was surprised it was AMSOIL (I didn't read the post where he mentioned that). I thought it was going to be some cheap no name ebay filter but was pleasantly surprised. I use AMSOIL ATF and motor oil so I am a big supporter of AMSOIL and think anything with there name on it is worth it. |
If someone in the New England Area has a 3rd gen, we'd be interested in gathering some measurements for a support bracket and also dyno testing the difference between the stock intake and the adapter + AMSOIL dry flow nanofiber filter. Send me a PM!

anyone have any pics of this on their car???
|
Here are some pics of it in the 4th gen.

I'm waiting for you to make a bracket. Otherwise, the filter slaps the wheel well on bumps. |
Here are a few more examples of the intalled pics on the 4th gen. Anyone looking to get these? Got a few more available before the price goes back up to MSRP.
