Power locks and Mod's

I was wondering why sometimes my power locks will work and sometimes they wont. When there not working I just here a clicking noise. I was also wondering whats the best way to lower my car? I want to lower it about 2 inches front and back. Its a 1993 GXE. Thanks for your input :)

i think the lowest youll get are sprints springs 1.8 in drop, i could be wrong, try a search for the locks
