Interchangable Parts

so I am trying to restore my 1990 max but don't feel like dropping a crap load of cash. I went to a local junkyard and there sat a 92 and a 94 with the same 3.0 as mine. I have a few questions. will an injector out of either of those cars be ok in mine? will the distributer, starter, mass air flow sensor, work fine in my 90? basically is there anything under the hood of either the 92 or 94 that isn't interchangeable. another thing, the rear passenger door, drivers front door, and decklid. are those interchangeable as well? they all look very similar so I just want to know. if I need to drill holes for the brackets its ok I just wanna know if it would line up and the electronics still work. basically if there's anything that's not interchangeable please tell me, but please reply with info on the things I have listed. thank you

im pretty sure that the body panels are the same hoodwise, trunk, bumpers, etc. but Wikipedia says that 92-94's were a bit shorter than 89-91's, dont know if that affects doors with the engines, 92-94 SE are different with the VE30DE, otherwise the VG's basically are the same. late 1991 models on usually had airbags as well whereas 89-91 rarely did or not even at all

injectors you have to check the colouring, i think some are different

Injectors: From the 92, yes simple swap. For the 94, different story. You can use them on your Max, but I believe you will need the fuel rail (so pretty much you gotta use all the injectors), bottom part of the intake manifold and the connectors from the harness since a design change was done in 93.

AFAIK, under the hood, starting from 92 the GXE Max went through some changes. In 92 the low pressure AC hose and the power steering reservoir tank changed. In 93, including the injector change, the AC was changed to R-134A and later the timing belt went to round tooth design.
