How do you drain coolant out the VE block?
Just changed the water pump, added a coolant flush additive with straight water, would like to drain the complete system before adding antifreeze.
I was thinking of jacking up the rear end, disconnect the lower radiator hose at the radiator and apply compress air in the bleeder screw port.
I know the remaining water in the block may not make a difference so remember the tile of this thread, LoL

There is a drain plug in each side of the block to drain the coolant. See page 7 for the locations.

What's funny, over the years I've probably put my eye on those drains plugs numerous times and never realized what they were.
Hopefully they are easily accessible, especially the RH side next to the axle

FYI - Those drain plugs worked wonderfully. I was quite surprise to see how much coolant came out the left (radiator side) drain plug and this was after draining the radiator. The right plug, not as much as the left but enough.
Access to the plugs was easy. No special tool or having to be a contortionist. 14mm(9/16) socket, extension and rachet.
