Hard first Starting

My new GXE that I pick up have a 1st key in Hard Starting for a long cranking time....that's my problem with it.
Now when I turn the key to off and back to on to ignition and wait for fuel pump primes the system fully and now It Starts right up.
My old GXE 1st key fire right up.

Now this is what I did
Full tune up
Filler hose ( gas thank have pressure)
Charcoal canister
New vacuum hoses
New PCV hose
And it still hard starts, I have no power loss what so ever
I also noticed that the next morning 1st key fuel pump fully prime the system she starts right up
I haven't checked the fuel pump pressure as yet.'
Any one ever experience anything like this?

i had a similar problem and it was a leaking fuel injector check for moisture on and around the fuel rail

and look at the 2 rubber sections of the fuel rail,on mine 1 was wet/dark
so i just tightened the screws until next service/injector change

Ok I checked all the fuel injector and no evidence of a leaking one
Is there anything that I can check ?
How about the coolant temperature sensor ?

Also, clean the MAF sensor with sensor spray cleaner. My 94 GXE was doing that and I thought it was fuel pump, injectors, etc. Turned out the MAF just needed a good cleaning.
