hekp how do you make your turn signal blink faster?
 
whats up everone im new to maxima.org but i have been in the maxima game for about 5 years now. i have had a 86 and now a 94 max, but i really want to know how to make my turn signal blink faster i know its something about wiring but i don't know what to do please some one tell me how

Well you would have to:
1) Send more current throught the turn signal system, but not too much, or the relay (blinker) may not be able to react fast enough, thus leaving your turn signal "ON" all the time.
2) Build/use a faster cycling relay that will handle the increased current.
3) And use LEDs for bulbs to quicken the response time of the signal.

use a lower current bulb........personally i don't like fast blinker lights. After i did my turn signal rewire i fixed them so they wouldn't blink fast

oh, i just noticed your sig, you got em on all the time? did you do the 1157 rewire?

buy a box of uncle Ben's.. pour it into your corner lamps. done.
might as well change the lights to blue while you're in there to save time on your next "mod"

Only problem is that, if a cop is behind you, you could get pulled over for not using your turn signals? I think it's a pretty ricey idea if you ask me? I mean, do you really have to have turn signals that are hopped up on morphine? :laugh:
