I was just anout to put in these side lights and I was wondering what would these be better as?? Side markers or side blinkers. I thought I could get it to work as both, but when i asked one of ma boys he said "if you only have two wires you have to choose either side blinkers or side markers". So I was just wondering what most of the people in the org. has? Side markers or side blinkers.

if youre talking about turn signal repeaters, then you can wire them as both.. search for the sidemarker rewire mod and connect your repeater to the sidemarker.

i put in side blinkers on my fenders, i wired them to my blinkers and they blink when i put on my blinker.

Since 4th Gens already have sidemarkers...any lamps placed on the fender behind the front wheel should be turn signal repeaters...and ONLY blink with the turn signals.

I put in my BMW sidemarkers and wired them to imitate the front corner light...on when lights are on and flash with blinker.
