How do i install a cone air filter on my car? I have a 97 max gxe. When i put it on i can't hookup the MAF sensor and my car won't run.

you need an adapter...you can get it at www.summitracing.com

you're going to need an adaptor to connect a cone filter to your max...you can't just attach it to the intake pipe...you have to have the MAF sensor connected or the car won't know how much air is coming in, so it doesn't know how much fuel to combine with the incoming air...try to find a place that sells an adaptor or get a Stealin' intake or a JWT pop...or a frankencar intake
