quick question to mzmtg
hey mr moderator:D
real quick, the other week you posted this about a homemade intake: Remove the lower half of the stock airbox. Zip-tie the filter to the top half of the stock airbox. Voila, intake! i'm just wondering, how should i ziptie it? do i have to punch a hole through the filter? i took apart the airbox the other day but it seems to just sit there wedged between the two pieces. also, i was on maximaforum.com and i saw a post about someone that just turned the top part upright and let it sit there. i'm guessing it doesn't give any gains since it is pulling hot air form the engine compartment. yes, i know, SEARCH, but that's how i found your post, searching for OSCAI, and i don't know what to put in to search for that. if there is a keyword i should search, just reply with that. thanks in advance. |

Originally posted by mzmtg I dont use that setup anymore. For a while I used velcro straps which definitely held it on tight enough... FLO_BOY |
