PLEASE HELP: Can't get indiglo guages over the needles

I am putting on my reverse indiglo guages from United Indiglo right now. I got the guages on past the needle, but cannot get the center of the needle to go through the hole so the guage face will be flush. The hole is just too small. What did everyone else do???

It should slip under the one side on the very bottom edge of the needle center and rest against the pin in the center of the overall needle assembly...then you slip it over gently on the top far corner from where you put it on...that is what I had to do for my Initial K.

Wizzamax,

This is for Indiglo. I don't know if reverse indiglo works the same but.....

This is the same procedure for the reverse indiglos.

I ended up having to cut out the center of the guage to get it to fit over the needle. It did not work like I had planned. Doesn't look as good as I had hoped with the cuts. Thanks anyway to those that replied!

Oh, Oh!!!! I hope you didn't cut into the "filaments" where the light glows. If you did, more than likely, your screwed! It won't light up!!!
