Best size tires for 19's???

What would be the best size tires for 19x8 rims?? I currently have Nitto 555 235/35/19 tires but the harshness makes the ride unbearable at times. I'm just wondering what most members w/ 19's are using. I definitely need more sidewall and softer tires. All comments and opinions are welcome. Thanks.
