People with SC's

Just wondering, on your boost guage, what is the vacuum pressure reading at idle? I get around -25? Thanks.

Really? That's good. I get around -21.
With the ac on it drops to -19.

not to seem like a dumb*** but why is lower, better? at what rpm does your SC kick in?

P.S. I have the 2.87" pulley

Partly because it indicates how well the engine is drawing in air during the intake stroke...

Exactly...think of the engine as an "air pump". The deeper the
vacuum, the better it sucks air...and we all know the more air
an engine can get, the more power it can generate.

I get 13-14 at idle in D.

I've been troubleshooting it for months. I gave up.
