Will a 99 Non-Slip(5spd) Tranny fit in a 96 Non-Slip(5spd) please answer
 
Just wanted to know if a 99 non slip tranny would fit into a 96 non slip tranny both are 5 speed thanx for the info in advance

Yes, but one of the harness connectors is different on the tranny, get a haynes or chiltons and it tells you how to rewire it. :D

so if i take off the harness connector from my old tranny and put it on the 99 one would it work ?

Yes. There are 4 wires that go to this connector, they are just in a different order for your car.

12 <--- your car

13 <---- a 99

i got it thank you .. btw have you done this conversion and.. umm how would i know that 1 goes to my 2 or 3rd wire goes to my 4th one ?i guess just have to read the chilton manual or something rite ?

Ive done the auto to 5spd conversion, but I haven't done the wiring yet, it's for your park/neutral start switch, I don't have to worry about that.... ;)
