light shaking in idle

I have just noticed that my car shakes once in a while. It only shakes for a minute or two at the most, and it is only right after starting the car. If I don't wait out the shaking, my acceleration is terrible, and there is more vibration in the clutch than usual. Has this happened to anyone else?

I just got my clutched changed to an ACT HDMM yesterday and it very so slightly shakes... no vibration in the clutch though. Could be a bad coil pack. Have you done any tune ups lately?
