stillen from lip cracked

My front Stillen spoiler just recently cracked. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem with there stillen ground effects. I emailed stillen about replacing it because they guarantee that I won't crack. They told me that they cant do anything about it since I dont have the original invoice. It was a B-day gift from my cousin like 3 years ago.

Wow! They guaruntee it'll never crack eh? I'd crack mine everytime it was time to repaint it. It wouldn't cost anymore just to get a brand new one. Plus, I'd DEFINETLY not worry about a 2" drop with a front skirt.

what if i'm the 2nd owner of the kit.. will i still have the guarntee.. or do i need the invoice to get the guarntee?
